Shipping

Navidium is a third-party service that insures the safe delivery of your order. It’s automatically added to every order, with the cost based on your purchase value. You may remove this protection before checkout, but we strongly recommend keeping it—without it, you may not be eligible for assistance with shipping-related issues.

BEST DISTRO covers all problems we are responsible for—such as broken, defective, incorrect, or missing items, as well as items that don’t meet expectations. If you purchase Navidium protection, you’re also covered for issues caused by the shipping carrier: lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. Without Navidium, we cannot guarantee help with those situations.

Start by checking with neighbors or roommates. If you have a door camera, review the footage to see if the delivery occurred or if it was possibly stolen.

If you purchased Navidium shipping protection, you’re covered. If not, please understand that BEST DISTRO may not be able to provide a refund or replacement for stolen or misdelivered orders.

Yes! We proudly offer worldwide shipping. With distribution warehouses located in key regions—including the United States (New York)—we’re able to fulfill international orders efficiently and reliably.

No matter where you’re located, we’ll do our best to get your order to you as quickly and securely as possible.

Yes! Orders of $75 or more (excluding tax and shipping) qualify for free shipping, which typically delivers within 2–5 business days (transit time only, not including processing time).

We currently accept payments via PayPal and T/T (bank transfer). These secure methods are trusted worldwide and support both individual and business transactions.

At this time, BEST DISTRO does not offer installment payment options. All orders must be paid in full via PayPal or bank transfer (T/T) before shipment. We appreciate your understanding.

Order

We ship most orders within 1–3 business days. During peak times or holidays, it may take the full 3 days. This refers to processing time before the package is handed off to the carrier.

Note: Shipping speed refers to transit time after the order has been shipped, not the time between placing your order and receiving it.

Yes. All orders are shipped in minimal, secure packaging to protect your privacy. While the outer box is plain and discreet, the internal packaging features the official branding and design of the product you purchased, giving it a professional and polished unboxing experience.

We’re also committed to sustainability—all packaging materials are recyclable and eco-friendly, helping reduce environmental impact without compromising quality or protection.

All of our glass products are crafted from high-quality borosilicate glass, known for its durability, heat resistance, and clarity. This ensures a smooth smoking experience, easy cleaning, and long-lasting use. We never use low-grade or recycled glass in any of our pieces.

For best results, we recommend cleaning your bong with isopropyl alcohol (91% or higher) and coarse salt. Pour both into the bong, cover the openings, and shake gently to loosen buildup. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Regular cleaning keeps your piece looking great and ensures smooth, clean hits every time.

Yes! Most of our bongs come with built-in ice catchers—small notches in the neck that hold ice cubes in place. This allows smoke to pass through the ice before inhalation, delivering cooler, smoother hits that reduce throat irritation and enhance flavor.

Absolutely. Many of our pieces feature a modular design with removable downstems and bowls, making them easier to clean and upgrade. We also offer universal joint sizes (like 14mm and 18mm) so you can swap in different bowls, ash catchers, or even quartz bangers to customize your setup.
