Shipping time does not include order processing. Once your order is placed, our team carefully prepares your items for safe delivery.
- Orders placed before 10:00 AM (EST) typically ship the same day.
- Processing time may take up to 2 business days.
- During peak periods (holidays, sales), processing may extend to 2โ3 business days.
- We do not ship on U.S. national holidays or when postal services are closed.
All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, with multiple shipping speed options available at checkout. A tracking number will be emailed once the shipping carrier picks up your order. Please note that tracking is only available after your order has been packed and labeled.

If your item arrives broken, we will replace it with the same or a similar item after reviewing photo evidence.

- Our support team will confirm and arrange a replacement.

IMPORTANT: Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns for completely unused items in their original condition. No exceptions.
If youโve received a product and decide not to keep it:

- Do not ship your return until we’ve confirmed and provided return instructions.
- Include the following in the return package:
- Your order number
- The unused product
- Any original invoice (if available)
